Memories of mourning

Hurt my heavy heart

The day you left I felt like

We would always be apart.

Longing for your presence

In our empty house

There's nothing but pure silence

Not even rattles of a mouse.

Seeing you the other day

Made me feel much better

The day felt so amazing

As beautiful than ever.

I don't know why you left us

But I have so many clues

I try so hard to debate

The decisions that you choose.

As much as I try to understand

Your puzzle is never ending

And even though I try so hard

My heart had just stopped mending.

When is my brother coming back?

I ask myself each night

You're always so fa from us

You're never in our sight.

I hope your sadness and fear

Doesn't last that long

Cause we're awaiting your arrival

And our faith for this is strong.
